Joe Lillie joins NorthStar after 30 Years at BellSouth
For Immediate Release. February 7, 2003, Birmingham, Alabama: NorthStar Communications Group (NorthStar) announced today that Joe Lillie has joined the NorthStar team to lead NorthStar's Quality Programs. Most recently, Lillie served as a top manager for BellSouth in the Louisiana area where he directed the state's engineering and construction support and managed the development of the BellSouth Design Engineering Outsourcing Project.
Lillie will continue to serve as Regional Activities Treasurer and Member of the Finance Committee for the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Lillie's involvement with the IEEE spans more than thirty years, during which time he has held a variety of senior positions on both the International Board of Directors and the United States Board of Directors.
