NorthStar Communications Group and Digital Lightwave Announce Strategic Alliance
For Immediate Release. April 2, 2003, Birmingham, Alabama: NorthStar Communications Group (NorthStar) and Digital Lightwave, Inc. (NASDAQ: DIGL) today announced a strategic alliance to provide fiber-optic based network communications products, technology, infrastructure deployment and network services to telecommunications service providers and equipment manufacturers.
Under the new alliance, Digital Lightwave will leverage NorthStar's market-leading managed services to offer a complete solution for users of its fiber optic instrumentation. Additionally, NorthStar representatives will be trained on Digital Lightwave's technology and will recommend its products for field installation and maintenance and centralized network monitoring.
