NorthStar Acquires CoreNet Network Services, Inc.

For Immediate Release.  April 22, 2002, Birmingham, Alabama:  NorthStar Communications Group, Inc. (NorthStar) announced today the acquisition of Atlanta-based CoreNet Network Services, Inc. (CNSI) — formerly known as T-One — a leading provider of inside plant network technical services for the carrier and enterprise markets.  Specializing in engineering, design, maintenance, and installation services, CNSI has built an impressive client base including Ameritech, Turner Broadcast Systems/CNN, Sprint, Time Warner Telecommunications, Scientific Atlantic and SBC Datacomm.
