NorthStar will ensure that all employees are focused on the delivery of high quality services that meet customer requirements and expectations.  This will be accomplished by the development of clear, measurable objectives and quality processes established to drive the proper behavior and satisfy all stakeholders.  Quality audits will be conducted to verify compliance and to create an environment for continuous improvement.

The initial phase of NorthStar's certification process took place in the company's Plano, Texas and Columbus, Ohio offices.  In Birmingham, Alabama the NorthStar Human Resources group also participated in the certification process.  "ISO 9000 certification will demonstrate that NorthStar is committed to a set of standards recognized as an international reference for quality assurance by our industry," commented Matt McCool, Vice President of NorthStar's BellSouth Alliance, "NorthStar will continue to strengthen and develop new processes in an effort to grow the company in an extremely competitive environment."  "Adhering to a certified suite of documented processes will improve overall efficiencies and our quality," said Mr. Lillie.
